You are responsible for verifying that your prices, tax rates, invoice details, and business records comply with your local laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete business records. We recommend exporting and saving your estimates, invoices, and client data regularly for tax and bookkeeping purposes.

AI-generated prices and suggestions are estimates based on the information you provide. They are meant to be reviewed and approved by you before being shared with customers. You remain in control of all final pricing and business decisions.

You agree to use Smart Prices AI for lawful business purposes only, and not to transmit harmful code or interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the billing portal.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We work hard to keep Smart Prices AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time as we continue to improve the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Prices AI and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Smart Prices AI during the previous 12 months.
