We collect the information you provide when creating an account, setting up your business profile, and using the app — including your email, business details, estimates, invoices, client information, and AI conversation history. We also collect basic usage data to help us improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Smart Prices AI service.
- To generate AI pricing suggestions and business insights.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send important account and service notifications.
- To analyze usage patterns and fix issues (anonymized where possible).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard practices to help protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
4. AI & Third-Party Services
We may use trusted service providers to operate Smart Prices AI and provide functionality such as AI processing, authentication, payments, email delivery, storage, and analytics.
Information you submit through the app — including prompts, images, estimates, invoices, and related business data — may be securely processed by these providers only as needed to provide the requested functionality. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
5. Business & Client Data Responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that any client information, project details, invoices, estimates, or uploaded content you submit through Smart Prices AI complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your region.
6. International Data Processing
Information may be processed and stored in countries outside your local jurisdiction, where our service providers operate. By using Smart Prices AI, you consent to such transfers as needed to provide the service.
7. Children's Privacy
Smart Prices AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete most of your data directly in the app. You may also export a full backup of your account data from Settings. To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, use the delete account option in Settings or contact us at support@smart-prices.ai.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies. On the public website we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our pages — but only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner. Analytics is denied by default through Google Consent Mode v2, and advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied at all times. We never send your name, email, business data, estimates, invoices, client details, or other personal information to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
10. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it for tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We will let you know about material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Device Authentication and App Lock
Smart Prices AI may offer an optional app lock that uses your device's own authentication system, such as fingerprint, face unlock, PIN, or pattern. This verification is handled locally by your device. Smart Prices AI does not collect, store, or transmit biometric data.

14. Meta App Events (Android)
On Android, the app uses the Meta App Events SDK to help measure app installs, app opens, and successful registrations. This helps us understand how our advertising campaigns perform. We do not send your name, email, phone number, business data, customer data, estimates, invoices, AI prompts, prices, payments, subscriptions, or purchase details to Meta. Advertiser ID collection is disabled, and we do not enable automatic purchase or subscription logging. Meta acts as a third-party analytics and advertising measurement provider.
