Account Deletion

Smart Prices AI users can delete their account directly from inside the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts. This will permanently remove your account and most associated data.

Deleting your account permanently removes your business profile, clients, estimates, invoices, expenses, photos, AI conversation history, and usage data. This action cannot be undone.

Certain records may be kept for legal, security, billing, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes as required by applicable laws and regulations. These include minimal billing and transaction records needed for tax and compliance obligations.

You can also request account deletion by emailing us at support@smart-prices.ai. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity and process the request promptly.
