Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Terms

Smart Prices AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in Settings or through the customer billing portal. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with a paid subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access to paid features may end when the refund is processed.

To request a refund, contact us at support@smart-prices.ai with your account email and order details.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us so we can review and correct billing errors.

5. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower-tier plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Your current plan benefits remain active until then. If a downgrade would reduce the number of allowed business workspaces below what you currently use, you may need to remove workspaces before the change can take effect.

6. Account Deletion

Deleting your Smart Prices AI account permanently removes your account data and may cancel access to active subscriptions. Please note that uninstalling the app alone does not automatically cancel a subscription — you remain responsible for managing or canceling active subscriptions through the Billing section or customer billing portal before the next renewal date.

We strongly recommend exporting your records for tax and bookkeeping purposes before deleting your account. Refund requests made after account deletion may not be processable.
