Is Smart Prices AI a legal or tax advisor?

No. Smart Prices AI is a productivity and pricing tool, not a legal, tax, or accounting service. You are responsible for verifying that your prices, invoices, and records comply with local laws.

How do I back up my business records?

Go to Settings > Account and use the 'Download full backup' button to export all your data as a JSON file. You can also export estimates and invoices as CSV files from the same section.

What happens if I delete my account?

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including businesses, clients, estimates, and invoices. This cannot be undone. Please download your records first. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing or through the customer billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Are AI pricing suggestions guaranteed?

No. AI-generated prices are estimates based on the information you provide. They are meant as a starting point and must be reviewed by you before sending to customers.

How do I switch between multiple businesses?

Go to Settings > Workspaces to see all your business profiles and switch between them. Each workspace has its own clients, estimates, and invoices.
